Kama Muta was born from the devotion to the body.  It is a lifestyle, it is being a forever student. It is poetry, it is growth, it is art, it is music, it is ceremony, it is nature, it is a dance all weaved into one. Anniken, the founder of Kama Muta, is a Manifesting Generator in the Human Design system. Meaning she has multiple passions, and what seems to be an infinite amount of energy to create from. Which also means that the creation is always a surprise, and it always shifts and flows. Anniken has devoted her life to explore the various aspects of what it means to be human, through various systems, and that is the roots of Kama Muta.

To play outside the box, in the body.

Kama Muta is a place to explore the fullness of this human experience, and to meet ourselves deeply. To explore the feeling of belonging within the body, so that we can come back into remembering what has been forgotten.

And as we`re slowly bringing the vision into reality, we see Kama Muta to be a connector. Connecting people to themselves, to each other, to feeling that we are all just cells in a bigger body. That we are each other. We are not separate. What lights us up is allowing and witnessing transformation, to create connection between souls and to source. To always share from the heart. It all comes back to community, to connection. To connect to each other, and a deeper connection to everything through play.

We are worshippers of the body, and so we love to create safe spaces for people to be themselves. To play. To feel deeply. To create community. To create safety. To allow creativity to flow. To be in service. Every practice that we offer is an opportunity to drop deeper into the wisdom that the body holds. With deep gratitude and reverence to all our teachers.
